It can treat many forms of nausea (especially morning sickness) it reduces muscle pain and soreness, it also has anti-inflammatory effects can help with osteoarthritis, it may drastically lower blood sugars and improve heart disease risk factors, cholesterol levels. it also contains a substance that may help prevent cancer, protect against Alzheimer’s disease, and fight infections.


1 banana, sliced
¾ c (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp freshly grated ginger

Combine the banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth.

1 piece banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Set on high speed for 30 seconds.
